We got these as a family Easter present for our family ahead of the school holidays and they’ve been truly awesome resources!!!! My husband, myself and our 3 kids ages 5, 8, 10 have all been using them!! They sit in the middle of our dining table with a few sketch books and we have been loving using them! And genuinely learning how to then draw without the books! My daughter (8) is so excited that she can now draw a really detailed mermaid on her own! We had cousins over too and now they’re going to buy the 3 books too!

I purchased this book for my granddaughter for her 7th birthday. She loves to draw and I’m sure she will learn heaps from this book.

We have all 3 books now, and I cannot begin to express how big of an impact this book has had on our children’s confidence. The step by step process produces the beautiful art and their big creative minds does the rest, adding colour, scenes, pop up to books ect. It’s the most beautiful tool to foster connection, as I get to learn how to draw alongside my children!

As a Prep teacher these books have been the best addition to my classroom as someone who wants to foster my love of drawing with my students. They absolutely adore them, we take turns choosing a page to draw as a class as a fun time filler every week. The instructions are so easy for my 5/6 year olds to follow. Highly recommend!

Honestly, buy this immediately. The artwork is stunning. The instructions are brilliant for kids and adults. My daughter used to be sooo nervous and really not confident in her drawings, but book 1 really helped her feel comfortable making mistakes and being able to follow directions and boosting her confidence. Book 2 and 3 are even better and I’m so excited for her to get them for Christmas and extend her drawing even more!!
