My 5 year old son and myself love this book, it has brought lots of enjoyment to free drawing for us both. Highly recommend :)

This is just the most thoughtfully designed book, perfect for my 5 year old, drawing obsessed, daughter. She has used it everyday since she got it and can even now draw some of the characters unassisted. It takes the thought process of how to draw something simple and allows her to channel her creativity in to the finer details.
Additionally, I feel like my own drawing skills just got better thanks to this book!

My son, 5 and a half, has recently shown a real interest in drawing so I purchased book 1 and book 3. He was always asking ‘how do I draw this?’ ‘Can you do it for me?’ These books have been great to help him break down how to draw things, and we have been working together on some of the drawings. I love that it encourages creativity in the drawings too - they don’t all have to look exactly the same. It’s also encouraging him to look at shapes, line and perspective. It’s helped me a lot too! Highly recommend.

My 8 year old loves the book and it has kept her busy these school holidays. She is even asking to show me “how to”. Thank you so much! X

We got these as a family Easter present for our family ahead of the school holidays and they’ve been truly awesome resources!!!! My husband, myself and our 3 kids ages 5, 8, 10 have all been using them!! They sit in the middle of our dining table with a few sketch books and we have been loving using them! And genuinely learning how to then draw without the books! My daughter (8) is so excited that she can now draw a really detailed mermaid on her own! We had cousins over too and now they’re going to buy the 3 books too!

Such a great gift! The steps are easy to follow - my almost 4 year old loved learning to draw these pictures & it gave her a confidence boost when she saw that she could draw things she always thought were too hard!
