Christmas Order Cut-Offs

To give your parcel the best chance of arriving before Christmas, please get your order in by Sunday the 7th December. After this date, we strongly recommend selecting Express Shipping.

Please note:

  • Print orders can take around 5 working days to dispatch as many are made to order - so we can not guarantee pre-Christmas delivery after the cut-off, even with express. 
  • Book orders are shipped every couple of days, but we still recommend choosing Express Shipping after 7th of December to make sure they arrive in time.

Shipping Details

We are located in the Bayside suburbs of Victoria, Australia. All book and art prints are dispatched from Victoria via Australia post with tracking. Our wall decals are shipped separately from our partner studio in Queensland, so if you order both, they will arrive in different parcels.  Some orders may take up to 5 business days to dispatch (not all sizes are kept in immediate stock). During sales or peak periods, dispatch may be slightly longer, we’ll always do our best to post as soon as possible.

Australian Orders

Flat rate: $10 AUD within Australia.

Free shipping: on orders over $120 AUD within Australia.

Estimated delivery time (after your shipping notification):
• Metro: approximately 2–5 business days
• Regional/Remote: up to approximately 10 business days

Express Postage: $15 AUD within Australia. Typically, 1-3 business days but may take longer. Please note, express speeds up the delivery leg, but orders may still take up to 5 business days to dispatch. Need it by a certain date? Please contact us and we’ll prioritise your order where possible.

Local Pickup (Cheltenham 3192)

If you're local to Melbourne you can arrange local pickup for books or art prints. Simply email Narin at hello@myhiddenforest.com.au to organise a collection order. 

International Orders

New Zealand: flat rate $18.50 AUD
USA / United Kingdom / Canada: flat rate $30 AUD
Rest of World: flat rate $35 AUD
Estimated delivery: approximately 5–15 business days from your shipping notification (varies by destination and customs).

International orders are sent via Australia Post Standard Tracked service and are left without a signature unless requested. Once your item has left Melbourne, Australia, My Hidden Forest is not responsible for additional shipping delays, insurance, or import/customs charges. Please check with your local postal/customs service before ordering.

Christmas (International): International cut-offs are earlier than domestic. As a guide, many destinations recommend posting between late November and early–mid December, depending on service (Economy/Standard/Express) and country. Please ship as early as possible during peak season.

Returns

Please choose carefully, our items are bespoke and we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

If your item is faulty or arrives damaged, please email us as soon as it arrives with a clear photo of the issue and we will arrange a replacement.
